Fourth And Final Paving Mistake: Failing To Compact And Seal The Asphalt
If your asphalt is not compacted the right way, the surface will form ruts and other deformations. Be sure you fully understand how to compact asphalt ahead of time. You also want to ensure you properly seal the asphalt once it has been poured and compacted. Otherwise it may degrade much quicker than anticipated thanks to its exposure to the elements.
